GOVERNMENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

ORDER

dated March 31, 2022 No. 700-r

MOSCOW

In pursuance of subparagraph "a" of paragraph 2 of the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated October 8, 2021 No. 581 "On the further development of the United Shipbuilding Corporation Joint Stock Company":

1. Contribute as a contribution of the Russian Federation to the authorized capital of the United Shipbuilding Corporation joint stock company (St. Petersburg) 35,000,000 federally owned ordinary shares of the Zvezda Far East Plant joint stock company (Bolshoy Kamen, Primorsky Territory) in the order of payment for additional shares placed by the joint-stock company "United Shipbuilding Corporation" in connection with the increase in its authorized capital.

2. In the subsection "Activities of government bodies to ensure military security, compulsory social security" of the list of joint-stock companies whose federally owned shares are planned for privatization in 2022 - 2024, section II of the forecast plan (program) for the privatization of federal property and the main directions privatization of federal property for 2022-2024, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 31, 2019 No. 3260-r (Collected Legislation of the Russian Federation, 2020, No. 2, Art. 217; 2021, No. 38, Art. 6656; No. 45 , article 7562; 2022, No. 2, article 551), the position regarding the Far Eastern plant "Zvezda", Primorsky Krai, Bolshoi Kamen, shall be stated as follows:

3. The Federal Property Management Agency, together with the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia, ensure, within 8 months, the implementation of the measures provided for in paragraph 1 of this order.
