RESOLUTION

STATE DUMA

OF THE FEDERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

On Draft Federal Law No. 212491-8 "On Amendments to Article 58 of the Law of the Russian Federation "On Pensions for Persons Who Have Served in Military Service, Service in Internal Affairs Agencies, the State Fire Service, Authorities for Controlling the Circulation of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances, Institutions and bodies of the penitentiary system, troops of the National Guard of the Russian Federation, enforcement agencies of the Russian Federation, and their families"

The State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Adopt in the second reading draft federal law No. 212491-8 "On Amendments to Article 58 of the Law of the Russian Federation "On Pensions for Persons Who Have Served in Military Service, Service in the Internal Affairs Bodies, the State Fire Service, Drug Control Agencies and psychotropic substances, institutions and bodies of the penitentiary system, troops of the National Guard of the Russian Federation, enforcement agencies of the Russian Federation, and their families.

2. The Committee of the State Duma on Defense to finalize the said draft law, taking into account the adopted amendments, and submit it for consideration by the State Duma in the third reading.

3. This Resolution shall enter into force on the day of its adoption.
