STATE DUMA
OF THE FEDERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION
On the Federal Law
"On Amendments to Article 49 of the Federal Law "On Viticulture and Winemaking in the Russian Federation" and Article 4 of the Federal Law "On Amendments to the Federal Law" On the State Regulation of the Production and Circulation of Ethyl Alcohol, Alcoholic and Alcohol-Containing Products and on Restriction consumption (drinking) of alcoholic products" and certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation"
(project No. 149576-8)
The State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Adopt the Federal Law "On Amendments to Article 49 of the Federal Law "On Viticulture and Winemaking in the Russian Federation" and Article 4 of the Federal Law "On Amendments to the Federal Law" On State Regulation of the Production and Turnover of Ethyl Alcohol, Alcoholic and Alcohol-Containing Products and on limiting the consumption (drinking) of alcoholic products" and certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation" (project No. 149576-8).
2. Send the said Federal Law to the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.
3. This Resolution shall enter into force on the day of its adoption.
