RESOLUTION

STATE DUMA

OF THE FEDERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

On Draft Federal Law No. 819765-7 "On Amendments to the Federal Law "On Public-Private Partnerships, Municipal-Private Partnerships in the Russian Federation and Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation" and Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation"

The State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Reject the draft federal law No. 819765-7 "On Amendments to the Federal Law "On Public-Private Partnerships, Municipal-Private Partnerships in the Russian Federation and Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation" and Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation, introduced deputies of the State Duma N.P.Nikolaev, A.N.Krasnoshtanov, I.B.Boguslavsky, as well as A.A.Khokhlov, V.M.Shishkoedov, V.I.Afonsky, E.B.Shulepov, S.A Sopchuk, A.A.Kharsiev, I.M.Guseva, I.V.Medvedev, T.I.Tsybizova, B.Kh.Saitiev, N.V.Govorin, S.V.Yakhnyuk, S.A.Vostretsov , F.S. Sibagatullin, E.A. Serper, Yu.A. Levitsky, Yu.N. Berezutsky, I.V. Sapko, O.A. Bondar, D.P. Moskvin, N.P. Sanina, M M.Bariev, I.Kh.Zinnurov, A.A.Nosov, D.V.Yurkov, V.V.Buzilov, A.D.Kozenko, A.I.Petrov, V.V.Ivanov, I.V. Stankevich, A.G. Kobilev, R.Sh.Khairov, I.S. Minkin, M.P. Bespalova, D.V. Duma.

2. Send this Resolution and the said draft federal law to the deputies of the State Duma N.P.Nikolaev, A.N.Krasnoshtanov, I.B.Boguslavsky.

3. This Resolution shall enter into force on the day of its adoption.
