RESOLUTION
STATE DUMA
OF THE FEDERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION
On Draft Federal Law No. 1027487-7 "On Amendments to Article 216 of the Federal Law "On Insolvency (Bankruptcy)" (in terms of liberalizing the period during which a citizen declared insolvent is prohibited from engaging in entrepreneurial activity)
The State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Reject the draft federal law No. 1027487-7 "On Amendments to Article 216 of the Federal Law "On Insolvency (Bankruptcy)" (in terms of liberalizing the period during which a citizen declared insolvent is prohibited from carrying out entrepreneurial activities), introduced by a deputy of the State Duma D.V. Bessarabov, as well as A.V. Balyberdin, D.V. Sazonov during the period of their powers as deputies of the State Duma.
2. Send this Resolution and the said draft federal law to State Duma deputy DV Bessarabov.
3. This Resolution shall enter into force on the day of its adoption.
