ORDER

dated December 5, 2022 No. 3739-r

MOSCOW

1. In order to implement Article 7 of the Charter of the Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund, which is Appendix No. 1 to the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic on the Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund dated November 24, 2014, to designate the Ministry of Finance of Russia as the competent authority of the Russian Party to ensure interaction with the Kyrgyz Party and the governing bodies of the Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund.

2. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia to notify the Kyrgyz Party of the competent authority of the Russian Party, determined in accordance with paragraph 1 of this order.
