GOVERNMENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

ORDER

dated October 24, 2022 No. 3148-r

MOSCOW

In accordance with subparagraph "c" of paragraph 2 of Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated March 10, 2022 No. 339 "On cases of procurement of goods, works, services for state and (or) municipal needs from a single supplier (contractor, performer) and the procedure for their implementation":

1. To designate Nizhneangarsktransstroy Limited Liability Company as the sole executor of the procurement of design and restoration (overhaul and (or) reconstruction) of the destroyed elements of the transport and engineering infrastructure of the railway part carried out in 2022 and 2023 by the federal state unitary enterprise "Crimean Railway" Crimean bridge in the waters of the Kerch Strait.

2. Determine the deadline for the conclusion of state contracts for the performance of the work specified in paragraph 1 of this order, December 1, 2023.

3. Establish the possibility for the sole executor to engage co-executors in the execution of state contracts specified in paragraph 2 of this order, provided that Nizhneangarsktransstroy Limited Liability Company personally fulfills at least 50 percent of the total value of obligations under each state contract.
